This 1940`s Unver Watch Cornes de Vache pink gold chronograph combines a refined case design with one of the most reliable chronograph calibres of its era, it is in a very good condition and in a proper working order. The case is 18-karat pink gold and measures 36 mm excluding the crown. Its distinctive “cornes de vache” or cow-horn lugs give the watch both balance and presence on the wrist. The case is in very good condition, showing only light traces of use, with a caseback that locks securely and bears the correct serial numbers. The plexiglass crystal is also in excellent condition. The dial is an original black sector with an outer telemeter scaler and an inner tachymeter snail scale. The print is sharp and legible, with only a minor, uniform patina consistent with age.
The visual contrast between the black background and gold graphics enhances readability while preserving the watch’s period character. Inside, the watch houses the Landeron 39 manual-wind chronograph calibre — a reliable column wheel movement introduced in the late 1930s and used widely by many Swiss brands. Known for its robustness and ease of service, it represents one of the most enduring chronograph architectures of the time. The watch is fitted with a new vintage leather strap and matching gold buckle. It has been fully serviced in-house and is delivered in excellent working order, accompanied by a six-month guarantee and certificate of originality. Worldwide insured shipping is available, and inquiries are welcome.
