This refined smaller-size steel and gold Lemania chronograph Ref. 1883 with moon phase and date is in an excellent, little used condition, and in proper working order. Lemania is a Swiss manufacturer known for high-grade chronograph movements since 1884, it supplied brands such as Omega and Patek Philippe, it evolved into Nouvelle Lemania and later Manufacture Breguet. This chronograph has a stainless steel case with a gold bezel, measures 32 mm excluding the original crown. The case is in excellent condition with almost no visible wear. The pressure- locked caseback closes securely and has correct reference numbers.
The original plexiglass is in perfect condition,. The original lacquered white dial has a light patina and is in an overall very good untouched condition. The moon phase display at 12 o’clock has a peripheral date indication, the moon disc is crisp and with an intense blue tone, and three subdials for chronograph functions.
