Description
Rare and interesting Zenith Chronograph coin-edge steel chronograph dating back to 1940, in excellent condition and in proper working order.
Reference 22406
The steel case with a pressure-locked case back is in a very good condition, showing only light signs of use. It measures 34.6 mm in diameter, excluding the original crown. The case back is marked Zenith and the case appears to have never been polished.
This is a chronograph produced in Pont-de-Martel based on a Universal Geneve movement.
The silvered dial features a two-tone sector design. It is a refinished dial in excellent condition, with no oxidation or aging patina.
The manual winding movement, original Zenith caliber 146, features column-wheel chronograph control. It is well-finished and in excellent condition. The movement runs accurately and the chronograph functions start and reset correctly.
The watch has been serviced and is delivered with our 6-month warranty.
The plexiglass is in excellent condition, without scratches, and the crown is original.
The watch is fitted with a new leather strap.
