Description
A rare Patek Philippe Pagoda watch in gold, dating back to 1997. It is in excellent aesthetic and working conditions, accompanied by its original documents.
Ref. 5500.
This watch was produced in 1997 as part of a limited series of 2,000 pieces, of which 1,100 are in yellow gold. It was crafted to commemorate the inauguration of Patek Philippe’s new manufacturing facility in Geneva. The design draws inspiration from a 1940s PP icon, the Eiffel Tower.
Featuring a manual-winding mechanical movement, it houses the Patek Philippe manufactured calibre 215. The watch runs and keeps time accurately. It has been serviced and comes with a 6-month warranty.
The well-proportioned 18kt gold case is in pristine condition and measures a pleasant 26.5 mm, excluding the crown, with a length of 40.5 mm, including the lugs.
Original crown included.
The pressure-locked gold case-back is also original and in excellent condition. The original dial features Roman numerals and is in impeccable condition, free from oxidation or age-related patina. The strap is made from crocodile leather, paired with its original gold buckle. The sapphire crystal is in flawless condition.
The watch comes with our 6-month warranty and certificate of authenticity, as well as its original warranty, movement certificate, medal, and booklets.
