This vintage 1930`s Movado fancy shape Ref. 41670 combines an elegant design with mechanical quality, it is in a very good condition and just serviced. During this era, Movado was still a fully independent manufacturer, producing both its own movements and high-grade cases in-house or in collaboration with selected suppliers. This watch has a solid 14kt gold case measuring 26 mm in diameter, excluding the crown, x 35mm, luga included. The faceted case is in a very good condition, with all surfaces well preserved exhibiting no signs of polishing. The original pressure locked caseback has the correct reference, serial numbers, and manufacturer`s hallmarks. A perfect domed plexiglass crystal completes this watch.

Here is a clean, precise, and professional rewrite: The two-tone silvered dial may be an old refinish, though it could also be the original U.S.-made version, as this watch was produced for the American market, as indicated by the MXI import code on the movement. The dial has the iconic Breguet numerals and small seconds, and is in very good condition, showing only an even, uniform patina. At the heart of the watch lies the Movado Caliber 150MN, a manual-winding movement designed and built in-house, this is a classic and qualitytive “old” Movado caliber, largely also employed in the Ermeto family.
