• Original and rare Minerva German WWII military Fliegerchronograph pilot’s watch in good vintage condition and in proper working order
• The waterproof-style steel Spillmann-made case with screw-in caseback and round chrono pushers is original and it measures 38 mm diameter w/out counting the crown
• The case is in very good conditon the outer case back case shows this chronograph`s serial number and the (unidentified) military specs: S/1722
• The original Minerva / Valjoux 22 manual winding chronograph movement runs strong and keeps accurate time, it has just been serviced and it is delivered with our 6 months guarantee
• The original black “gilt” dial is in vintage “tropicalized” condition, it shows some time patina, and it`s color has turned to a dark brown chocolate tone.
• The dial has the correct Joh(annes) Hartmann Berlin logo at six o`clock. (at the time this was Minerva`s official import agent for Germany) and althought is partially faded, it can still be made out.
• The plexyglass is in excellent condition and the wristband is new
