CASE : two  types 

– stainless steel , 33 mm ( D.H. ) ;

– chrome plated , 34mm ( likely marked “D” only )

 BACK  :  Screw,  steel .

                Outside , usually , reports the S/N only . On few watches were also noted  “ Stahlboden “ and

                ” Wasserdicht “.

               Inside “ doxa ” , “ acier inoxidable “ and “swiss “ .

MOVEMENT   :  DOXA 12’’’ / Cal 1 . Name of brand on the wheels  bridge .

PUNCHING : D.H.   or   D.

Letters larger (2mm) than numbers (1mm) .                                                          

S/N  :  7 digits . From the recorded watches (91 ), range could be  4520XXX  /  4652XXX  .

                          It was not possible to separate “DH” from “D” . However , the recorded “D.” (12 ) could have a

                          range   between   454XXXX  and   465XXXX .

NOTE  : 

           1. Registered two types of dials :

               . with luminous  dots next the numbers  and numbers 3 – 9 – 12  of slightly different color ( few dials );

               . without dots and with luminous numbers .

            2 . Below is the photo of a DOXA with white dial assigned to the ” Sanitaets Dienst “.

            3. S/Ns are purely indicative .
